This website is operated and trading as Oyster Gallery LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 05985463; registered office: 70 Newton Road, Mumbles, Swansea SA3 4BE). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products and pricing

We've tried to display products and colours accurately but can't guarantee your screen shows colours exactly. Many items are individually chosen and stock is limited. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may correct errors and change prices without notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We'll send a confirmation when we receive it, but a contract forms only when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order and will refund you in full if we do.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout. We don't store full card details.

Intellectual property

All site content, including images, text, logos and design, belongs to Oyster Gallery Ltd or our suppliers and artists, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
