We ship across the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs and times

Free UK delivery on orders over £50. Standard UK delivery is £4.95, typically 2 to 4 working days. You can also collect in store free of charge from our shop on Newton Road, Mumbles.

Processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and tracking where available.  Larger or fragile pieces may take a little longer, and we'll always be in touch if so.

Packaging

We're an eco-friendly business and try to keep waste to a minimum. Where possible, we reuse packaging materials, so your order may arrive in a reused box or with reused protective wrap. We only reuse packaging that's up to standard, so your pieces will always be well protected on their journey to you.

Areas that may take longer or cost more

Deliveries to the following postcodes can take longer and may incur an additional delivery charge. If you'd like delivery to any of these areas, please get in touch before ordering:

• Northern Ireland: all BT postcodes
• Isle of Man: all IM postcodes
• Scottish Highlands: AB30-38, AB41-56; IV1-28, IV30-36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63; KW1-14; PH15-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
• Scottish Islands: HS1-9; KA27-28; KW15-17; PA20-49, PA60-78; PH42-44; ZE1-3
• Isles of Scilly: TR21-25
