Refund policy
We want you to love what you buy from Oyster Gallery & Interiors. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return unused items in their original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
Items we can't accept back (unless faulty): personalised or made-to-order items; bespoke picture framing; pierced jewellery and earrings, for hygiene reasons; and gift cards.
How to start a return
Email info@oystergallery.co.uk or call 01792 366988 with your order number and we'll talk you through it. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we've made a mistake. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.
Your right to cancel online orders
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for most items, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. Just tell us by email, phone or post within that period, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you providing proof that you've sent them), including standard delivery charges. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery. We may reduce the refund if goods have been handled beyond what's needed to inspect them. This cancellation right doesn't apply to personalised or made-to-order items, bespoke framing, or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or damaged items
Please contact us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible, and we'll put it right with a replacement, repair or full refund including delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and rights to a repair or replacement after that.
